Welcome, I’m glad you’re here, I’m Kellie Norrgard. It started in 2013, wanting to feel better and recover from sports Injuries. Wanting to help myself heal and understand my own anatomy better. I enrolled in a teacher training for Yoga……then I got Lymes.
My search expanded as I experienced my own roller coaster of physical changes day by day. The mind body connection was undeniable for me, as I found my way through western & eastern medicine practices. My passion is about self healing through the mind, body connection. Helping others find their way back to their innate healing system.
These modalities are gentle – they help you recognize your individual rhythms and patterns of tensions. This enables subtle movements to create deep release without resistance. Guided Healing allows each of us to connect to our bodies and hear our needs.
There is a quiet calmness that allows the mind and body to balance. It can feel like, well you just have to experience it to find out.
